The role Reporting to the Manager Enterprise Delivery, the Senior Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will lead strategic analysis, develop business cases, assess future enterprise capability opportunities, and support the successful delivery of major technology initiatives across the organisation. As part of Gippsland Water’s transformation journey, including the implementation of our Oracle Integrated Enterprise Management System (IEMS), you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand current and future business needs, define requirements, analyse options, and ensure solutions deliver intended benefits. You will also contribute to the development of business analysis capability, establish consistent frameworks and practices, and provide mentoring and guidance to business analysts across the Enterprise Delivery team. What you’ll bring • Degree in Information Technology and/or extensive experience in Information Systems and Digital Technology. • Experience in delivery of data and technology projects specifically Oracle, Asset Management and Customer billing. • Experience in developing business cases and business analysis frameworks. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
