Lead strategic and operational HR delivery across the North Queensland Region as the Senior Business Manager (Human Resources). This role manages a dispersed team and provides expert advice to senior leaders on workforce planning, organisational development and complex employee relations. You will drive workforce capability initiatives, ensure strong HR governance, and deliver impactful learning and development programs. With a focus on collaboration and influence, you’ll build strong stakeholder relationships and guide managers through challenging workforce matters. This is a key leadership role shaping workforce strategy and supporting sustainable regional outcomes.
