About this role

Project Street Cred is a collaborative initiative involving a range of government and non-government community agency including but not limited to Queensland Police, Gold Coast Youth Service, and Child Safety. The program engages with high-risk young people in community settings, currently operating on Thursday evenings. In this capacity, you will serve as the primary liaison between Child Safety and Project Street Cred, facilitate the exchange of information between partner agencies to ensure coordinated service delivery, maintain accurate and timely records of program activities and outcomes, conduct follow-up actions with young people associated with Child Safety, and build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with both young people and partner agencies to support positive outcomes.Please refer to role profile for full details.
