About this role

Join our Strategy, Insights and Communications team as a Senior Digital Communication Officer and become the department's digital content specialist. You'll lead the development and optimisation of accessible, audience-focused content across websites, intranet and email channels, provide expert advice on digital publishing and user experience, and use analytics and insights to drive continuous improvement. In this role, you will: • Manage and optimise the department's websites, intranet and email channels. • Provide expert advice on digital publishing, accessibility and content design. • Develop and deliver audience-focused digital content and campaigns. • Use analytics and insights to improve content performance and user experience. • Collaborate across the department to deliver engaging digital communication outcomes.
