Period of Appointment Appointment to the role is on a permanent basis. Hours per fortnight Full-time 73.50 hours per fortnight. Duties: • Strategically plan and manage the delivery the Corporation’s governance using appropriate management tools and techniques to ensure processes are followed and outcomes delivered on time and within resource constraints. • Continuously improve the Corporation’ governance processes and systems to enhance the quality of the Corporation’s outputs. • Prepare written materials including meeting papers, minutes, briefing papers, reports, plans and official correspondence. • Edit, quality assure and proof written materials, ensuring information is factually accurate, up to date, meets required standards and templates, has the correct spelling and grammar and reads clearly. • Establish and build productive working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective engagement, and where relevant, that governance processes and objectives are achieved within time constraints. • Process and draft responses to Requests for Information received by the Corporation. • Support stakeholder engagement through effective record keeping, planning and content preparation. • Provide administrative support as required. Desirable Requirements Experience in a public sector or complex governance environment.
