In your role as Senior Health Planner - Capital Projects, you will provide planning expertise, technical advice and project management to a range of planning and capital redevelopment projects. The position will play a key role leading and facilitating all aspects of facility planning including, models of care, functional briefing, schematic design, workforce and financial impact planning. The successful candidate will ensure that the District's strategy development, capital planning and business processes / outcomes are: - Informed by robust evidence from analyses of the relevant data (using routine health data collections and projection tools), as well as critical appraisal of the relevant literature. - Based on evidence based co-design principles with clinical, consumer and other stakeholders. - Aligned with relevant Commonwealth, State and Local Health District strategic and policy directions and priorities. The position holder is responsible for facilitating a wide range of project user groups consultations, and preparing briefings, reports, strategies, plans and business cases and general correspondence as required by the Manager Planning – Capital works and the Director Planning, Information and Performance For more information and to view the position classification, see the Position Description here .
