For further information please visit https://www.rbg.vic.gov.au/ What You'll Do Lead the development, delivery and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns across programs and events, fundraising, corporate partnerships, learning, tourism and retail. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you'll use customer insights and data to deliver targeted campaigns, monitor performance and report on results. You'll also support in managing marketing partnerships and suppliers, oversee visitor and event reporting, oversee content delivery across digital channels and ensure projects are delivered in line with organisational priorities, governance requirements and the Victorian Public Sector Code of Conduct, while contributing as a collaborative and creative member of the Marketing team. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will hold relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related discipline, together with demonstrated experience developing and delivering successful integrated marketing campaigns and content across digital channels. You'll be a strategic and data-driven marketer with strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing, the ability to translate customer insights into effective campaigns, and a proven track record of measuring and optimising results. You'll also bring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, a collaborative and adaptable approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
