What You'll Be Doing: • Leading the delivery of complex road maintenance, rehabilitation and construction projects. • Managing project teams, resources, suppliers and contractors to achieve project outcomes. • Driving project performance across scope, time, cost, quality, risk and safety. • Building strong stakeholder relationships and fostering a high-performing team culture. • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
