About this role

Working in the Permission Management and Ecotourism branch (PME) of the Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service and Partnerships (QPWS&P), the Senior Project Officer will work closely and collaboratively with PME and departmental staff supporting delivery of permission business systems. This includes improving and supporting current permission business systems, helping to translate the business and system needs, training and supporting staff, and analysing data and reporting PME business systems support the delivery and management of protected area and wildlife permissions. The role will also provide guidance on the validation and administration of applications for permits, licences, authorities and promote and support strong customer service.
