Senior Prosecutor

About this role

You will provide professional prosecution services, including provision of legal advice to members of the Service on matters before the Magistrates, Childrens and Coroners Courts. Cairns Police Prosecution Corps has combined teams of both sworn and civilian prosecutors, supported by administration staff. The position offers a broad level of experience across all Magistrates Court criminal matters, with circuit courts providing an added dimension to the role. The position requires the supervision of subordinate staff. Refer to the role description for more information.
