HAVE IT ALL JOIN OUR ALLIED HEALTH TEAM NOW! • Support the growth and development of Barwon Health’s Speech Pathology workforce through education and clinical support • Join a collaborative Allied Health team focused on learning, innovation and best practice • Temporary part time opportunity | 45.6 hours per fortnight (Parental Leave) About the role An exciting opportunity is available for a Grade 3 Speech Pathologist to step into a Clinical Educator role and support the ongoing development of our Speech Pathology workforce. Working across Barwon Health sites and clinical settings, you will design, deliver and evaluate education programs that build workforce capability, support safe clinical practice and foster a culture of continuous learning. This role is ideal for a Speech Pathologist passionate about education, mentoring and supporting others to develop their clinical skills. A broad clinical skill set is desirable, with enthusiasm for adult learning principles and workforce development highly valued. Key responsibilities • Develop, coordinate and deliver high-quality education and training programs for Speech Pathology staff • Identify workforce learning needs and support the development of clinical capability and competence • Provide clinical support, supervision and mentoring to staff and students • Collaborate with Allied Health educators, leaders and key stakeholders to promote innovative learning practices What we’re looking for • Current registration as a Speech Pathologist with experience meeting Grade 3 classification requirements • Demonstrated experience delivering education, training, supervision and clinical support • Knowledge of adult learning principles, education theory and contemporary teaching practices • Strong communication, collaboration and organisational skills with a commitment to ongoing professional development Position Description Please note Barwon Health will only contact you via our official email and never use unconventional means, such as text messaging or other services.
