Maroochydore Community Corrections has an exciting permanent opportunity for the position of Supervisor (AO6). As a Supervisor you will be responsible for developing a small team of professionally qualified staff who case manage different cohorts of offenders under supervision with Community Corrections. You will oversee work practices ensuring performance and practice are consistent and of a high-quality standard. In this role you will be a member of the regional senior management team and benefit from professional development opportunities in more senior roles. Community Corrections is responsible for the supervision of adults who have been sentenced to a community-based order by the courts or released to parole by Parole Board Queensland.
