This team has responsibility for monitoring performance and building relationships with funded organisations at a local level and implementing place-based initiatives that strengthen resilience, build wellness, and work to connect and empower communities. This position has responsibility for the supervision of staff within the team and is accountable for the team's implementation of the Agency Monitoring Framework, including management of local service agreements and the collection and recording of performance data. The team is responsible for the development of new projects, service pathways, and place-based approaches and supporting existing initiatives.
