Location Hobart Period of Appointment 004911 - Permanent 005524 - Fix term - 2 years Hours per fortnight 73.5 hours per fortnight (talk to us about how this can work for you) Duties As a member of the Training Services team, the Training Instructional Writer will support the development and implementation of learning and assessment materials and resources for Tasmania Fire Service (TFS) and State Emergency Service (SES) learner groups. Essential Requirements Pre-Employment Checks The Head of the State Service has determined that a person nominated for appointment to this position is to satisfy a pre-employment check before taking up the appointment, promotion or transfer. Any relevant serious criminal offence or repeated serious offences over any period, which are not mitigated by additional information, may provide grounds for declining an application for appointment. Desirable Requirements • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) • Experience in instructional design • Experience in learning experience design • Qualifications or experience in graphic design.
