Water Services Operator - Wimmera (Nhill)

About this role

The Water Services Operator undertakes works on all water and wastewater assets to ensure they are maintained in optimum working condition. The position will be based in the Nhill / Kaniva area and will be required to undertake duties as required throughout Nhill, Kaniva and Dimboola region. From time to time there may also be a need to work within other GWMWater operational regions. A prompt response to both customers reported faults and service delivery interruptions are of major importance. Our Operators enjoy a fast-paced environment, responding to reported faults and service interruptions to maintain essential water and waste water services to customers. Based in the Nhill area, the successful incumbent will gain significant work experience and working in a dynamic team. The incumbent will achieve a Certificate III in Water Operations and participate in the on-call roster.
