The successful candidate will possess strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to develop engaging presentations, workflows, guides and educational resources that translate complex information into practical and user-friendly materials. You will be an integral member of a medium-sized team of experienced Revenue professionals who are collaborative, supportive, knowledgeable and passionate about achieving positive outcomes for WNSWLHD. Working with the Revenue Hub staff, managers, clinicians, administrative teams and other key stakeholders across the LHD to identify support needs, delivering training activities.
