About the Role Join our Volunteer Services Unit and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll manage day to day admin, build strong relationships with volunteers and staff, create accurate records and support meaningful services across Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre and the Repat Health Precinct. Every day brings variety and the chance to make a real difference. This role is required to work across both sites, providing flexible operational and administrative support wherever it is needed. Key Responsibilities • Provide efficient admin support to the Volunteer Services Unit • Provide flexible operational support to the Hampstead Volunteer Kiosk • Manage enquiries from volunteers, staff and the public • Create and maintain accurate records and documents • Coordinate correspondence, forms and routine reports • Support volunteer onboarding and day to day admin tasks • Build positive relationships with staff, volunteers and stakeholders • Organise meetings, calendars and team resources • Maintain confidential information with care and accuracy • Liaise with government agencies, contractors and external contacts • Contribute to a welcoming, responsive and professional service About You You’re an organised and approachable administrator who enjoys supporting people and keeping things running smoothly.
