About the Role Join our Immunology and Allergy team and play a key role in keeping our outpatient service running smoothly. You'll manage busy administrative tasks, build strong relationships with patients and staff, maintain accurate records and create a welcoming experience through responsive, confidential support every day. Key Responsibilities • Provide warm, professional frontline support for patients, visitors and enquiries • Manage appointments, referrals and daily outpatient administration • Maintain accurate patient records and confidential information • Build strong working relationships with clinicians and multidisciplinary teams • Liaise with internal teams, referring services and external stakeholders • Support smooth patient flow and day to day clinic operations • Work across a shared roster and adapt to changing service needs • Resolve administrative queries with confidence and care • Prepare correspondence, forms and routine documentation • Contribute to a positive, collaborative and patient focused team culture About You You're a friendly, organised administrator who enjoys supporting people and thrives in a busy healthcare environment.
