About the Role Join a friendly and fast-paced outpatient team where you'll help create a positive experience for patients and visitors. You'll manage appointments, maintain accurate records, build strong relationships with clinical teams and provide essential administrative support that keeps services running smoothly. Key Responsibilities • Welcome patients, visitors and service providers • Manage appointments, bookings and schedule updates • Maintain accurate patient records and data systems • Respond to enquiries via phone, email and in person • Liaise with clinical teams and referring agencies • Prepare correspondence and administrative documents • Support patient flow across outpatient services • Assist with roster and service support tasks • Update databases and monitor information accuracy • Contribute to efficient day to day operations About You You're a customer-focused administrator who enjoys helping people and thrives in a busy environment.
