Your new role:

Join Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services as an advanced clinical leader, driving the implementation, evaluation and ongoing integration of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) across Metro South and the Brisbane South Primary Health Network. You'll lead workforce capability, clinical governance, service improvement and innovative models of care while mentoring clinicians, influencing strategic direction and improving access to high-quality, person-centred psychological therapies for people living with personality disorders.

About you:

You are an experienced and passionate mental health clinician with advanced expertise in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), committed to driving clinical excellence, developing workforce capability and improving outcomes for people living with personality disorders. You will have:

• Demonstrated advanced clinical expertise in DBT, evidence-based therapies and the assessment and treatment of complex mental health presentations.

• Proven ability to lead clinical practice change, implement innovative models of care and drive continuous service improvement across multidisciplinary teams.

• Highly developed leadership, mentoring and clinical supervision skills, with a passion for building workforce capability and supporting professional development.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and partnership skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate and foster strong cross-sector relationships.

• Experience using data, research and outcome measures to evaluate services, inform strategic decision-making and enhance consumer-centred care.

Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services provide inpatient, hospital-based and community mental health and community alcohol and drug services for all age groups across a number of campuses .
