In this role, you'll: Working as part of a team delivering secure and reliable services, this role oversees the full lifecycle of Maritime applications, coordinating internal teams and vendors to align systems with business needs, manage risk, drive continuous improvement, and ensure operational stability and future growth. • You will lead strategic planning and full lifecycle management of Maritime applications, ensuring secure, compliant and high‐integrity systems aligned to business and regulatory needs. • You will coordinate hybrid delivery across internal teams and managed service providers, overseeing enhancements, upgrades, incidents and structured delivery models. • You will provide expert technical and strategic advice, managing cybersecurity, data integrity, compliance risks, and maintaining strong governance and documentation. • You will drive continuous improvement through SDLC, DevOps and quality‐by‐design practices, while providing technical leadership, vendor oversight, budget management and team capability uplift. About you • You bring strong expertise in enterprise application lifecycle management across complex environments, delivering outcomes using structured Waterfall and integrated delivery methodologies. • Your skills include deep technical knowledge of Java, Oracle, .NET, SQL and enterprise database platforms, enabling informed solution oversight and decision‐making. • You have proven capability in vendor management, budgeting, governance and risk oversight, ensuring value for money and controlled delivery. • You demonstrate strong leadership in secure‐by‐design practices, quality assurance, and proactive management of cybersecurity, compliance and data integrity.
