About this role
The Maintenance Administration Officer is accountable for providing administrative support services to the maintenance team, including administration, financial support activities, occupational health, safety and welfare, information technology, building and office management, fleet management, and equipment and local information systems management.
The role is also responsible for providing responsive, quality client services through the provision of a helpdesk service, and raising, confirming and following up works orders in the Connect system and data entry.
Special Conditions
• Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
• The successful applicant may be required to hold a current Australian issued Drivers Licence, which must be maintained.
Role Status Short term contract up to 30 June 2027.
