In this role, you'll: Provide high quality business administration and executive support to the Digital and Systems Leadership Team, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the business unit. This role is responsible for coordinating meetings and calendars, preparing agendas and minutes, supporting procurement activities, developing and maintaining business documentation, and undertaking a range of administrative functions to support operational effectiveness. The position also contributes to the preparation of reports, presentations and correspondence to support informed decision making and the successful delivery of projects and initiatives. In addition, the Assistant Business Support Officer manages the triage, allocation and tracking of incoming ServiceNow requests, helping to ensure timely responses and effective coordination of support services across the team. This role reports into the Senior Manager Strategy & Advisory. For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack About you For you to be successful within this role you should meet with all, or most of the following criteria: * 3+ years' experience in a business support, executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar administrative role supporting leaders and teams * Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams * Proven abilities to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, fostering collaboration and engagement to achieve organisational outcomes * Demonstrated abilities to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Nice to Haves: * Experience using ServiceNow *Note, internally this role is officially referred to as an Assistant Business Support Officer (Tech). This is a permanent flexible hybrid role. 50% of your time will be office based, with 25% of that time based from our offices at Macquarie Park.
