In this role, you'll: • Provide administrative support for assurance and compliance activities, including scheduling meetings, coordinating documentation, and tracking follow-up actions • Triage incoming procurement support tickets and accurately routing them to the right team. • Support end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, tendering, and contract administration as required • Maintain procurement records, systems, and reporting to ensure compliance and transparency • Provide guidance to stakeholders regarding procurement policies, workflows, and standards • Train and support internal teams on all aspects of the procurement lifecycle • Support the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of assurance activities Role location will be in Burwood. About you You are a proactive and principled team player who is keen to develop your procurement capability in a supportive environment. You will bring: • Experience in procurement or a related field (e.g. finance, legal, commercial, or administration) • Knowledge of NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders • Ability to make clear, evidence-based judgments within tight transaction timeframes • A willingness to learn procurement frameworks, policies, and systems Who we are Transport for NSW provides a safe, integrated, and efficient transport system.
