What your day could look like
As a Senior Sonographer and/or Radiographer, you'll help deliver high-quality breast imaging services that support early detection and positive health outcomes for women across the region. Working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team, you'll provide expert care, support colleagues and contribute to service improvement.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
• Delivering advanced breast imaging services that support accurate assessment, timely diagnosis and exceptional patient care.
• Building trusted relationships with patients, families and healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Guiding and supporting colleagues through mentoring, clinical leadership and the sharing of specialist knowledge.
• Driving quality improvement initiatives that enhance service performance, patient experience and clinical excellence.

You're an experienced imaging professional who combines technical expertise with compassion and professionalism. You communicate with empathy, thrive in complex clinical environments and enjoy helping others grow. You'll take pride in supporting women to access high-quality care while contributing to better services and outcomes. Guided by compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage, you're committed to making a positive difference every day.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
• Accredited sonography and/or radiography qualifications with relevant professional registration and licensing requirements.
• Strong experience in breast imaging and the ability to apply advanced clinical judgement in a patient-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary care.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to service improvement, education, mentoring and evidence-informed practice.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have qualifications in both sonography and radiography and/or experience leading clinical improvement initiatives.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone passionate about women's health, committed to clinical excellence and motivated to create positive outcomes for the community.
