About this role

As the Business Support Officer, you will provide high-level administrative, financial and customer service support to managers and teams, ensuring business processes run efficiently and key deadlines are met. Responsibilities include diary and meeting coordination, report preparation, budget and invoice processing, records management, stakeholder liaison and supporting departmental projects and initiatives. About You • Experience in administration, office coordination or business support roles. • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to manage competing priorities. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel. • High attention to detail, confidentiality and problem-solving capability. • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and communities.
