About the Role As a Call Centre/Business Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Centre by managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, coordinating service requests, and providing exceptional customer service to clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a busy call centre environment. • Provide professional and timely customer service to a diverse range of stakeholders. • Accurately record and update information across multiple computer systems. • Prioritise and coordinate competing tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and colleagues to ensure service delivery outcomes are achieved. • Resolve customer enquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency. • Maintain accurate records and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail. • Contribute positively to team goals and continuous improvement initiatives. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Proven experience managing high-volume inbound and outbound calls within a call centre environment. • Strong organisational and time management skills. • Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a busy environment. • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using multiple computer systems simultaneously. • Strong relationship-building skills with clients, contractors, and colleagues. • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • The ability to remain calm, professional, and resilient during challenging conversations. • A commitment to teamwork, accountability, and delivering quality outcomes.
