Working alongside a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, you'll provide expert clinical leadership, mentor the next generation of clinicians, and contribute to innovation, research and continuous improvement across the service. In this role, you will: • Deliver expert anaesthetic care across a broad range of clinical services • Lead complex clinical decision making and support best practice care • Collaborate with surgeons, nurses and allied health professionals to achieve outstanding patient outcomes • Supervise, coach and develop trainee medical officers, interns and medical students • Foster a culture of learning, collaboration and clinical excellence • Contribute to clinical audit, quality improvement and patient safety initiatives • Participate in clinical risk management and service improvement activities • Support research and ongoing professional development • Represent Anaesthetic Services on committees and working groups as required • Build strong partnerships across the health service to enhance patient care About You Are you an experienced Consultant Anaesthetist who combines clinical expertise with a collaborative approach and a commitment to outstanding patient care.
