TAFE Queensland is looking for experienced Automotive (Heavy Vehicle ) tradespeople who want flexible, casual teaching opportunities while staying connected to industry. What you’ll do

• Deliver hands-on, industry-relevant training across classroom, workshop and simulated environments

• Support students to succeed using modern, flexible teaching approaches

• Develop and implement practical assessments aligned to national training packages

• Share your real-world experience to inspire and guide future tradespeople

• Build strong relationships with students, industry and colleagues

What you’ll need

Mandatory Requirements:

• AUR31120 - Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent)

• TAE40122 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)

• Current industry experience in automotive/heavy vehicles
