About the Opportunity Join our Public Health Community Nutrition team and play a key role in improving the health and wellbeing of communities across the Central Coast. Working with a diverse range of partners, you'll deliver evidence-based nutrition and health promotion initiatives that empower people to make healthier choices and create lasting positive change. In this role you will: • Plan, implement and evaluate evidence-based community nutrition and health promotion projects that improve population health outcomes. • Work collaboratively with community organisations, early childhood services, schools, government agencies, health professionals and other stakeholders to develop and deliver innovative nutrition initiatives. • Build strong partnerships, represent the Community Nutrition team on committees, forums and working groups, and contribute to district-wide public health priorities. • Use the latest evidence and best practice to develop, deliver and evaluate programs, while contributing to continuous quality improvement and research activities. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes that support healthier communities.

About You You are a passionate and motivated Dietitian who is committed to improving community health through evidence-based nutrition initiatives. You enjoy building strong relationships, working collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, and delivering projects that create meaningful and lasting health outcomes. We are looking for someone who has: • Demonstrated experience in planning, delivering and evaluating community or population-based nutrition and health promotion programs. • A strong understanding of population health principles and a commitment to evidence-based practice. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence and build effective partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders. • Proven organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. • A proactive, innovative and collaborative approach, with a commitment to continuous learning, quality improvement and achieving positive outcomes for the community.
