About the Opportunity As the Manager, Administrative Services – Woy Woy, you will lead the delivery of high-quality administrative support services across Woy Woy Hospital's inpatient units. You will oversee a diverse team of administrative professionals, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, customer service excellence, and staff development. Working closely with clinical and operational leaders, you will play a critical role in supporting patient flow, site operations, workforce management, and service delivery across the facility. In this role you will: • Lead and develop administrative teams to deliver efficient, high-quality support services across Woy Woy Hospital. • Drive service improvement initiatives, ensuring effective administrative processes, policies, and workflows. • Provide operational support to clinical and management teams to facilitate patient flow and service delivery. • Manage workforce, performance, recruitment, training, and staff development activities. • Promote a safe, customer-focused workplace through effective stakeholder engagement, risk management, and quality improvement.
