Contribute to delivering on ASIC's purpose, vision, and strategic priorities to help maintain the integrity of the financial system and protect consumers from harm. • Sydney, Melbourne or Canberra based location • From $152,075 - $163,970 (depending on experience) + 15.4% superannuation • 24-month Fixed Term Contract • Applications close11:59pm, 3 August 2026 The team The Change and Business Readiness team is responsible for supporting the delivery of organisational change management and business readiness across projects and other change initiatives in accordance with the ASIC Project Management and Change Management methodologies. The role As Change Manager for the Cyber/DTx Program, you will lead change management across a portfolio of cyber, digital and technology initiatives. You will work closely with cyber specialists, project teams and business stakeholders to drive engagement, readiness and adoption, and translate complex technical change into meaningful business outcomes. • Take a leadership and hands-on role in delivering organisational change across complex cyber, digital and technology initiatives. • Lead change strategy, impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, business readiness, training, adoption and transition to BAU activities across multiple program streams. • Partner with cyber specialists, architects, project managers and business stakeholders to simplify complex technical concepts and support practical adoption by impacted teams. • Monitor change progress and ensure project governance requirements are met • Support sustained behaviour change and adoption of new cyber capabilities, controls, processes and ways of working across ASIC. • Balance strategic planning with practical delivery in a fast-moving environment with competing priorities, ambiguity and technical dependencies. • Contribute to the refinement of ASIC's change management framework, including tools, artefacts, coaching and capability uplift across technology programs. About you • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Business Management, Communications or a related discipline. • 5+ years organisational change management experience leading change in complex cyber security, digital transformation, technology or infrastructure environments. • Demonstrated experience leading organisational change on at least one cyber security initiative or project. • Demonstrated experience leading change across multiple concurrent initiatives, project streams or technology delivery teams. • Experience supporting cyber security, identity and access management, security uplift, resilience, digital workplace, technology modernisation, infrastructure or enterprise technology deployments will be highly regarded. • Prosci certification and demonstrated use of the ADKAR model preferred. • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. • Strong facilitation, communication and coaching skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
