You will contribute to positive health outcomes through assessment, care delivery, documentation and effective communication with clients, carers and healthcare professionals. · Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in line with individual care plans and scope of practice · Monitor client health status, undertake assessments and promptly escalate clinical concerns · Support clients with activities of daily living while promoting independence and wellbeing · Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to support quality care outcomes · Partner with Registered Nurses and the wider healthcare team to provide coordinated, person-centred care How to Apply Apply online by submitting your resume and addressing the criteria listed below by providing examples that demonstrate your ability before the closing date. Essential Criteria: · Registration: Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Selection Criteria: 1. Relevant clinical experience in speciality. 2. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work. 3. Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal. 4. Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership. 5. Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team 6. Commitment to continuing professional development 7. Demonstrate ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training 8.
