For more information on working with us and our recruitment process, please visit Department of Families, Fairness and Housing Victoria | Jobs (www.dffh.vic.gov.au/jobs) THE ROLE The Child Protection Central Information Point (CIP) Officer will work in a multi-disciplinary team co-located in the CIP Operations Unit in FSV, with staff from Victoria Police, Corrections Victoria, and the Magistrates' Court of Victoria, all of whom perform the role of CIP Data Custodians for their respective agencies. The CIP Data Custodians provide a summary of targeted information upon request from family violence agencies. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE • Provide relevant advice on data held within DFFH databases, summarising information to support risk assessment and management of family violence. • Input and contribute to the preparation of CIP reports including the appropriate analysis of available information in a timely manner. • Establish and maintain effective working relationships across the department and work in collaboration with key stakeholders.
