Our Clinical Education & Simulation Team is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Advisor who will help to facilitate high-quality education and simulation experiences at Coffs Harbour Hospital and across the MNCLHD. This position provides a great opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team offering flexible hours and varied job tasks. What you'll be doing The Clinical Education & Simulation Advisor is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of agile multi-modal learning solutions (face to face, simulation, virtual or blended) to meet District or Service needs. This includes partnering with Clinical Educators, Heads of Department and Clinical/Service Managers to provide and/or support Clinical Education & Simulation building capability and supporting high quality, safe and efficient health services responsive to the needs of patients, carers and the community About you A confident leader and communicator with strong stakeholder engagement, debriefing and facilitation skills.
