About the Opportunity Join the HIV and Related Programs (HARP) Unit as a Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 2 and play a key role in advancing sexual health, HIV and Hepatitis C services across Murrumbidgee and Southern NSW Local Health Districts. Working across a diverse regional footprint, you will provide expert clinical leadership, support complex client care, drive service improvement initiatives, and contribute to workforce development through education, mentoring and clinical consultancy. This is an exciting opportunity to influence best-practice care, lead meaningful change, and improve health outcomes for communities across regional NSW. About You Our ideal candidate will demonstrate: * Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, together with substantial postgraduate experience and demonstrated expertise in Sexual Health, HIV and/or Hepatitis C services. * Advanced clinical knowledge and the ability to provide expert assessment, consultancy and evidence-based care for clients with complex sexual health and blood borne virus needs. * Proven clinical leadership skills, with experience mentoring, supporting and influencing nursing, medical and multidisciplinary teams to achieve high-quality patient outcomes. * Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with the confidence to work autonomously and manage competing priorities across a broad service area. * Experience driving service improvement, quality initiatives, education and workforce development, with a commitment to advancing clinical practice through research and innovation. * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships and improve health outcomes for priority populations and regional communities.
