Employment Type: Permanent Full Time Position Classification: Clinical Nurse Consultant Gde 2 Remuneration: $149,408.12 - $152,392.73 per annum Hours Per Week: 38 Requisition ID: REQ679572 About the role The Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC2) Infection Prevention and Control provides an advanced level nursing service as an expert in the specialty field and facilitates linkages and relationships with Local Health District nurses/midwives and medical officers to support patient management. Responsible for expert clinical organisation, coordination, leadership and consultancy services within the area of Infection Prevention and Control and target populations within the Northern NSW Local Health District. The CNC2 collaborates with key stakeholders within the site hospital/s and Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD) to act as the principal agent of the Infection Prevention and Control Service in implementing the NNSWLHD and site Infection Prevention and Control Program.
