As a Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) at Gundagai Hospital, you will be instrumental in the development and career success of the nursing team. You will be the go-to expert for nursing education, providing engaging evidence-based programs and support to enhance clinical knowledge and skills. As the CNE, and ideal candidate you will: • Deliver and coordinate clinical education and professional development • Orient, supervise and mentor staff, students and TPP participants • Promote clinical leadership, best practice and a positive learning culture • Contribute to district-wide education, training and policy development • Provide unit-based and individual education and skill support • Delegate and support Nurses and others within scope of practice • Maintain contemporary practice and meet CNE/CME Framework requirements • Participate in audits, quality activities and care delivery aligned with safety standards
