What you'll be doing The purpose of the Clinical Superintendent position is to provide Clinical and Administrative responsibilities to the Breast-Endocrine Surgical Unit. Training Focus includes: * Breast/Endocrine Surgery * MBBS or equivalent, currently registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia. * FRACS (or equivalent) or presenting for second part examination during the year. * Superior cognitive technical and communication skills. * Experienced in elective breast, endocrine, and general surgery, with the intention to develop a career in one or more of the core specialties of the unit. * Demonstrated surgical research experience and Breast-Endocrine audit expertise. * Demonstrated problem solving skills in a complex clinical environment. * Overseeing and dealing with roster issues within the unit. * Demonstrated interest and willingness to teach Junior Medical Staff and research.
