About the Role Help keep patient care moving by delivering accurate audio typing and essential administrative support across CNARTS. You'll prepare clinic records, manage correspondence and provide a welcoming reception service, helping clinicians deliver high quality outpatient care. • Transcribe clinical letters, reports and discharge summaries • Prepare clinic records for appointments • Maintain accurate patient records and confidential documents • Support administrative tasks across CNARTS locations About You You're an organised and customer focused administrator who takes pride in accurate work, communicates with confidence and thrives in a busy healthcare environment. • Current keyboard speed and accuracy of 60 words per minute • Skilled in Microsoft Word and office administration • Experience with confidential records and outpatient services • Confident to prioritise tasks and meet competing deadlines • Committed to excellent customer service and teamwork Why You'll Love It Here - CALHN benefits that matter We know that a great career is about more than just the work you do, it's also about the support you receive.
