In this role, you'll: Maintain and update configuration records to ensure accurate, complete and up-to-date system and asset information that supports reliable service delivery. Review and validate change requests, assessing customer impacts, technical risks and dependencies to ensure changes are well understood and effectively managed. Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain data integrity, generate insights, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with configuration management standards. About you You bring strong experience in managing IT assets and configuration items, with solid ITIL/ITSM knowledge and the ability to maintain accurate records in complex, multi-sourced environments. You have strong analytical skills, enabling you to identify discrepancies, interpret configuration data, and contribute to continuous improvement of configuration management practices. You collaborate effectively with technical teams, service providers and stakeholders, working autonomously while ensuring compliance with standards and escalating complex issues when required.
