Influence service delivery, guide future clinicians and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, best practice care. • Lead clinical services and multidisciplinary teams • Supervise junior doctors, nurse practitioners and students • Drive quality, safety and continuous improvement activities • Participate in research, teaching and professional development • Support on call roster and flexible clinical coverage About You You’re a skilled psychiatrist ready to lead and inspire, with a focus on best practice and patient-centred care. You work confidently in multidisciplinary teams and enjoy teaching, guiding, and improving mental health services. • Hold MBBS or equivalent and specialist registration • Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists • Demonstrate strong clinical skills and professional integrity • Experienced in supervision, teaching and quality improvement • Knowledgeable in Mental Health policy, recovery practice and ICT Why You’ll Love It Here - CALHN benefits that matter We know that a great career is about more than just the work you do, it’s also about the support you receive.
