About this role

This position is responsible for assisting the Kitchen Supervisor and supervising the kitchen team with the smooth operations of the various kitchen services by performing cooking and food preparation duties. A cook may prepare and present hot and cold dishes for the young people in our care, staff and provide foods for reintegration activities. They may also prepare and present morning and afternoon teas and functions. This position is required to contribute to the provision of high quality food products and services as part of the kitchen team.This position will be rewarding as you are contributing to the delivery of services to support some of the most vulnerable youths in our community.
