Join the journey to creating the incredible as our Coordinator Operations Newman Do you have? • Relevant TAFE qualifications in Infrastructure operations and maintenance, as well as works crew coordination experience. • Demonstrated knowledge of civil works including road construction/maintenance, contractor management principles and processes. • Demonstrated experience Infrastructure Works crew, including scheduling of resources, risk management and quality control. • Demonstrated experience in effectively managing and leading a multi-skilled, culturally diverse workforce. • Demonstrated understanding of procurement activities (purchasing, tendering, contracts). • Current 'C' class Drivers Licence valid in Western Australia. To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated ability to provide effective leadership with a focus on performance, a strong positive work environment, and a workforce culture consistent with the Shire’s values. You will have demonstrated interpersonal skills including conflict resolution, problem solving and customer service. You will have developed written and oral/spoken communication skills.
