About the Role We are currently seeking a Delivery Manager Electrical to join our Electrical Contracts team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of safe, reliable and sustainable electrical infrastructure across Western Australia's road-based transport network. This role will be based in Jandakot. In this role, you will manage the development and implementation of the Statewide electrical delivery plan, including Public Tendered Works and Electrical Capital Works. You will undertake the role of Superintendent's Representative for Electrical Capital Works under the Statewide Electrical Contract, ensuring works are delivered to approved scope, budget, time, quality and Main Roads' requirements. You will be responsible for managing project budgets, forecasts, resources, timeframes, project allocation, contract documentation, tendering processes, payments, claims, variations and contractor performance. The role also provides expert technical advice, supports continuous improvement in project delivery processes, and manages the performance of engineering and technical consultants. You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, consultants, local government authorities, other agencies and stakeholders to support the efficient delivery of electrical infrastructure across the State. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: • Comprehensive experience in electrical infrastructure delivery, including construction and/or maintenance of electrical control systems and intelligent transport systems. • Bring strong project and contract management experience, including the management of budgets, resources, contractor performance and time and cost related claims for major works. • Have sound knowledge of Western Australian Electrical Requirements, AS/NZS 3000, 3017 and 3019, General Conditions of Contract for major works, and asset management processes and systems. • Have strong leadership, negotiation, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, as they are essential skills you will need to deliver outcomes in a complex and dynamic environment.
