(pro-rata) + Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice Benefits • Flinders Medical Centre, Bedford Park 5042 • Full Time, Permanent Role About the role Join SA Pharmacy, SALHN as the Deputy Director – Dispensing Services and lead the delivery of safe, efficient and patient-centred dispensing services across all sites within a large local health network. You'll provide strategic and operational leadership for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective pharmacy care that aligns with SA Pharmacy priorities, legislative requirements and contemporary professional standards. Working closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, you'll lead and develop pharmacists, technicians, support staff, interns and students while driving service improvement, workforce capability and medication safety initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to influence pharmacy practice, contribute to policy development, support education and research, and help shape the future of dispensing services across the organisation. About You You are an experienced hospital pharmacist and inspiring leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional pharmacy services and developing high-performing teams. • Bachelor of Pharmacy with Pharmacy Board registration • Extensive hospital pharmacy and leadership experience • Strong change management, communication and strategic skills • Experience leading teams, education, research and service improvement About us Statewide Clinical Support Services (SCSS) is a unique public healthcare organisation that serves health consumers and provides specialist clinical services to the health system in South Australia.
