(pro-rata) + Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice Benefits • SA, Noarlunga Centre 5168 • Full Time, Permanent Role About the role Join SA Pharmacy as the Deputy Director – Noarlunga Health Service/Clinical Services and lead the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred pharmacy services within a dynamic hospital environment and Clinical Services across the Southern Network. You'll provide strategic and operational leadership for the day-to-day management of the pharmacy service, ensuring safe, effective and cost-efficient medication management while driving excellence in patient care and supporting SA Pharmacy's strategic priorities. Working closely with the Director of Pharmacy, Associate Director, Deputy Directors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams, you'll lead and develop pharmacists, technicians, assistants, interns and students while fostering innovation, quality improvement and workforce capability. This is an exciting opportunity to influence pharmacy practice, contribute to policy development and research, and help shape the future of pharmacy services at Noarlunga Health Service and Clinical Pharmacy Services across SALHN. About You You are an experienced hospital pharmacist and collaborative leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional pharmacy services and empowering high-performing teams. • Bachelor of Pharmacy with Pharmacy Board registration • Extensive hospital pharmacy and leadership experience • Strong change management, communication and strategic skills • Experience leading teams, education, research and service improvement About us Statewide Clinical Support Services (SCSS) is a unique public healthcare organisation that serves health consumers and provides specialist clinical services to the health system in South Australia.
