About this role
The Director Legislation, Education and Policy manages the work unit responsible for the NT's taxation legislation and policy development and implementation. The role oversees analysis and advice on revenue, grants, exemption matters and policy initiatives, manages objection determination and appeals processes, leads effective stakeholder education programs and coordinates and leads revenue division input to budget processes and corporate reports. An Executive contract of up to 4 years may be offered or the successful applicant may opt to be appointed on a fixed basis for 4 years.
