Perform maintenance, fault finding, repairs and inspections on electrical systems and equipment Deliver planned and reactive maintenance to minimise disruption to clinical operations Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, statutory requirements and essential services testing Respond to maintenance requests using AFM Online while managing competing priorities effectively Participate in after-hours emergency maintenance, commissioning activities and contractor support as required Bring your electrical trade expertise to a role where your work has real impact every day. Essential Criteria: License: Drivers Unrestricted. Qualification: Current NSW Electrical Trade license and certificate. Electrical Tradesperson Level 1: completed apprenticeship and/or holds relevant trade certificate or equivalent Electrical Tradesperson Level 2: 120 hours of approved courses completed Electrical Tradesperson Level 3: 240 hours of approved courses completed Electrical Tradesperson Level 4: 360 hours of approved courses completed Selection Criteria: Current NSW Electrical Trade licence and certificate; and demonstrated skill in fault diagnosis and rectification. Demonstrated ability to prioritise and successfully undertake work in a busy, dynamic role with a minimum of supervision. This position will require 12-hour shift coverage in the Building Maintenance Centre (BMC) on a rotating roster as and when required. This also extends to assisting all facilities in the Western Sydney Local Health District as required. Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication skills, which lead to effective relationships with a diverse stakeholder group. Demonstrated experience using computer applications such as Microsoft Office and experience in/or exposure to Oracle, and computer maintenance management software including Building Management Systems. Experience in the electrical maintenance of systems, plant and equipment which is normally found in health facilities. Demonstrated knowledge of Work Health and Safety obligations to staff, visitors and patients by being actively involved in the workplace.
