Care for patients with complex haematologic and transplant needs Work in a premier NSW centre for blood transplants and cell therapies Supported by experienced Clinical Coordinators, CNCs and NUM Comprehensive training provided across all aspects of the role Join a collaborative, highly skilled multidisciplinary team What you'll be doing As an Enrolled Nurse in the Haematology/BMT C5a Ward, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, supporting patients with complex and often life-threatening conditions. You will contribute to safe, compassionate and evidence-based care while developing your clinical skills in a highly specialised setting. Your key responsibilities will be to: Deliver direct nursing care aligned with care plans and RN supervision Monitor, recognise and escalate changes in patient condition appropriately Support patients with activities of daily living and emotional care needs Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe care ✨ Join NSW Health and be part of a team delivering advanced, life-changing care to patients and families when it matters most. Essential Criteria: Registration: Current Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Selection Criteria: Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work. Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
